Vintage Antique Aztec Motif Copper Cuff Bracelet – Circa 1950’s
These beautiful vintage pieces of jewelry are the new additions to my collection! Navajo tribe members were always known for exceptional workmanship. This solid copper bracelet is very well made and the tiny details on the costumes are extremely precise. This is one of the bracelets made by the Navajo back in the late 1950’s to Early 1960’s for the Old Bell Trading Posts for sale to the tourists on old Route 66. The intricate and ornate designs feature Aztec motif associated with the Bell of New Mexico ethnic tribe artisans of the period. The back ground is black matt enamel with a beaded sand like texture.
